How To Make Martabak

Ingredients:
1/4 gram Chicken
1 cm Gingger
1/2 spoon Sugar
1/8 spoonSalt
5 seed Coriander
1/2 spoon Pepper
3 Leek
Oil sufficiently
Water sufficiently
Soy sufficiently
1/8 gr powder
2 spoon Cornstarch
3 garlic

Instructions /steps:
1.) Boil 1/4 gr Chicken.

2.) Mix 1 cm Gingger, 1/2 spoon Sugar, 1/8 spoonSalt, 5 seed Coriander, 1/2 spoon Pepper, 3 garlic using pestle.


3.) Cut into small strips 1/4 gr chicken.

4.) Stir fry 1 cm Gingger, 1/2 spoon Sugar, 1/8 spoonSalt, 5 seed Coriander, 1/2 spoon Pepper, 3 garlic already smoothed.

5.) Put 1/4 gr chicken to the frypan and mix them.

6.) Put the water and soy suffeciently.

7.) Mix them until the water was not there.
8.) Cut into small strips 3 leek.

9.) Put a cut of leek to the chicken that is already seasoned.

9.) Put 2 egg and mix them.

10.) Mix 1/8 gr powder and 2 spoon Cornstarch with water sufficiently.

11.) Put fluor dough to the frypan.

12.) Put chicken that is already seasoned in the midle of fluor dough.

13.) Fold fluor dough form box.

14.) Fry until cooked.

15.) Martabak ready to be served.

How Martabak Is Made

The taste is delicious and price is affordable enough to be the reason martabak loved all the people. In Indonesia itself there are two types of martabak, namely martabak manis and martabak asin or commonly called martabak eggs. According to some literature, martabak manis or the original named Hok Lo Pan was originally a Typical Food of Bangka Belitung. Hok Lo Pan or Martabak is created by the people of Hakka ( Khek ) Bangka.

Here how martabak is made, first Boil 1/4 gr Chicken. While waiting for chicken to a boil, mix 1 cm Gingger, 1/2 spoon Sugar, 1/8 spoonSalt, 5 seed Coriander, 1/2 spoon Pepper, 3 garlic using pestle. After that, cut into small strips 1/4 gr chicken. Then stir fry 1 cm Gingger, 1/2 spoon Sugar, 1/8 spoonSalt, 5 seed Coriander, 1/2 spoon Pepper, 3 garlic already smoothed and then put 1/4 gr chicken to the frypan and mix them. Put the water and soy suffeciently and mix them until the water was not there. After that cut into small strips 3 leek an then put a cut of leek to the chicken that is already seasoned and egg, mix them.

After that, how skin martabak is made, first mix 1/8 gr powder and 2 spoon Cornstarch with water sufficiently. Second, cut fluor dough to the frypan. Then, put chicken that is already seasoned in the midle of fluor dough and fold fluor dough form box. Fry until cooked.
